This Shipping Policy governs the shipment of products offered on the website https://biocercles.com/, managed by biocercles, with registered address at Ecuador, Pichincha, Quito, Rumiñahui, El Colibrí, Calles de las Tórtolas, and contact details
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 5–30business days(deppending on the country)after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
In case of stock shortages or issues during preparation, the customer will be notified via the provided email.
2. Shipping Methods, Zones and Delivery Times
We ship internationally, with some exceptions.
Available shipping method:
Standard Shipping: 5–30 business days.
The indicated delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors (logistics operations, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond the control of biocercles).
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before completing the purchase, based on destination, weight/volume, and selected method.
Free shipping is available.
4. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor your shipment.
If you do not receive this email after the maximum processing time has passed, please contact support.biocercles@gmail.com .
5. Deliveries and Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
If the order is returned due to incorrect/incomplete address or delivery failure, reshipment will be subject to payment of new shipping costs.
Once the order is in transit, it is not possible to modify the address. For changes prior to dispatch, please contact support.biocercles@gmail.com as soon as possible.
6. International Shipping and Customs
Orders shipped outside the country of origin may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country.
These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by biocercles.
Customs procedures may add delays to the estimated delivery time.
7. Delays, Lost Packages or Shipping Issues
If you notice an unusual delay or tracking does not update within a reasonable time (7 business days), please contact us with your order number and tracking information.
In case of confirmed loss by the logistics operator, we will handle the claim with the carrier and inform you of the next steps.
8. Receipt and Inspection
We recommend inspecting the package externally upon delivery.
If you notice visible damage or signs of tampering, note it on the carrier’s delivery receipt and document the issue with photos of the package and label.
